Community Guidelines
Last updated: 2026-10-07
These rules apply to chat, usernames, clan names, clan descriptions and everything else players can write or show in my games (currently Magic Staff). They are part of the Magic Staff Terms of Service.
Be kind
Treat other players the way you want to be treated. Disagreements and competition are fine; personal attacks are not.
Not allowed
- Insults, harassment, bullying and threats — including "jokes" that target a person.
- Hate speech — attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar.
- Sexual content, nudity references, or anything sexual involving minors (reported to the authorities).
- Violence and self-harm — glorifying violence, encouraging someone to hurt themselves or others.
- Illegal content — drugs, weapons trade, gambling, piracy, terrorism.
- Spam, ads and scams — links, selling accounts or items for real money, fake "free gems" offers, phishing.
- Personal data — sharing your own or someone else's real name, address, phone number, social media, school or photos.
- Impersonation — pretending to be the developer, a moderator, support or another player.
- Cheating — using or advertising hacks, bots, exploits or modified clients.
- Offensive names for players or clans, or names that break any rule above.
Tools you have
- Block: open the player's profile from chat and tap Block. You will no longer see their messages. You can unblock them from the same place.
- Report: open the profile and tap Report, then choose a reason. If you opened the profile from a chat message, that message is attached to the report.
What happens after a report
- Reports go to the developer and are usually reviewed within 24 hours.
- When several different players report the same person, that person is muted in chat automatically for 24 hours while the reports are reviewed.
- Depending on what happened: warning, name change, chat mute, reset of unfair progress, temporary or permanent ban, or account deletion. Illegal content may be reported to the police.
- False or abusive reports are also a rule break.
Automatic filter
Chat messages and names pass an automatic filter that hides common swear words. The filter is not perfect — please report anything it misses.

Safety tips
Never share passwords, login codes or personal information. The developer will never ask for your password. If someone makes you feel unsafe, block and report them and talk to someone you trust.
