Using the website

• You can read, share and link to the pages.
• Do not try to break, overload or misuse the site or the forms.
• Texts, images, code and games shown here belong to me unless stated otherwise. Do not copy them without permission.

Games and apps

Magic Staff has its own licence agreement: Magic Staff Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Games are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You do not own the game or its content.
• Do not cheat, hack, reverse engineer or resell the games, accounts or in-game items.
• Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• I may update, change or stop a game. I will try to give notice when possible.
• The rules of Google Play or the App Store also apply to anything you get from those stores.

Work for clients

Projects for clients (websites, games, tools) follow a separate written offer or agreement. That agreement wins if it is different from these terms.

Prices

All prices are shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden fees. In-app prices are set and shown by the app store, including taxes where required.

No guarantee

I do my best to keep everything working, but the website and games are offered "as is". I am not responsible for indirect damage, lost data or lost profits, as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes and law

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms follow the law of Türkiye, unless the law of your country gives you stronger rights.
