Magic Staff — fastest way
Open the game → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately: all characters on every server, progress, items, currencies, clan membership, League and ranking entries, chat messages and your username. If you signed in with Apple, the Apple sign-in link is revoked too.
No longer have the game? Use the form below. Write Magic Staff as the product and add your Player ID (Settings → Legal & Support) or the Google/Apple account you linked, so I can find the account.
How it works
- Send the form or write to contact@qundir.com.
- Tell me which game, app or site it is about, and your player ID if you have one (often in the game settings).
- I may ask a short question to make sure the request comes from you.
- I delete the data within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
Your account or player data, progress, scores and messages you sent me.
What may be kept
Purchase records that the law requires me to keep (for tax and fraud prevention: a hashed store transaction ID, the product and the account ID, up to 10 years), reports other players made about you (kept up to 12 months for safety), and records held by Google Play, the App Store or Google AdMob, which they manage themselves. Purchases cannot be moved to a new account.

Some games also have a Delete account button in the settings. It does the same thing right away.
