Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data I collect, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website (https://qundir.com) and the games and apps I publish under the name Qundir.

Who is responsible

On this website

  • No tracking, no ads. I do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
  • Server logs. My hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps short technical logs (IP address, date, page, browser) to keep the site safe and working. They are deleted automatically after a short time. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security).
  • Contact and deletion forms. When you send a form, your name, e-mail and message are sent to my e-mail inbox. Nothing is stored on the website. I use it only to answer you and keep it no longer than needed (normally up to 12 months). Legal basis: your consent and your request.
  • Language choice. If you pick a language by hand, a small cookie remembers it. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Videos. Some posts can show YouTube videos. They load only after you allow it. Then Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies.

In my games and apps

Each game or app may use different services (for example the app store, cloud saves, ads or in-app purchases). The game's page or the in-app privacy screen lists what that game uses. In general:

  • Purchases are handled by Google Play or the App Store. I never see your card details.
  • Game data (such as progress, player ID or scores) is used only to run the game.
  • Ads (if a game has them) are shown by the ad network named in the game. You can limit ad personalisation in your phone settings.
  • Crash and performance data may be collected to fix bugs.

I do not sell personal data.

Children

My games are made for a general audience. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU) without parental consent. If you think a child sent me data, write to me and I will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU, KVKK in Türkiye, CCPA in California), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Use the Delete my data page or write to contact@qundir.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Data outside your country

Some providers (hosting, app stores, ad or cloud services) may process data in other countries. I only use providers that offer proper protection for personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top. Big changes will be shown clearly on the site or in the game.
